Harry Yang is a bilingual and bicultural lawyer, Harry also leads the firm’s Asian client services. Harry received his law degree from the University of Missouri Kansas City, where he graduated first in his LLM in Taxation program. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Wuhan University, China, one of the Top 3 law school in China. His Asian-related experience includes representing a Korean owned U.S. company before the IRS Independent Office of Appeals as well as the U.S. Tax Court; counseling Chinese companies on U.S. tax planning and compliance; advising Asian high-net-worth individuals on U.S. pre-IPO tax and wealth planning.
Harry Yang is a tax attorney who has represented many ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families on a variety of matters including estate planning, international tax and business planning. He specializes in cross border wealth and trust planning, pre-immigration tax planning, family wealth transition, family office set up and administration, off-shore trust planning, etc.
When not working, he enjoys traveling, playing soccer and listening to classic music. He speaks both English and Mandarin.
